After the audit, Ecohomes will also provide options and costs for a customized solution, as well as predicted energy savings and there is no obligation to make any improvements. The cost of a home assessment (energy audit) starts at $99 and goes up to $499 depending on the size of the home. Ecohomes will apply the fee toward any energy efficient improvements if the homeowner hires Ecohomes to perform the work.
